The seed pods of the Dolichos continue the dance even when they have withered from their deep purple glory to a shriveled brown.... 
Actually, quite a lot of dancing goes on in the garden, once you start to look for it.

I know I am sounding redundant, but great photos of seeds pods. I also lived the title of this post and wondered if anyone else had crafted that turn of phrase "Dance of the Dolichos." After searching the web with the help of Google, I could find no reference. I wonder...the seed of a poem, a musical composition, or just plain poetic in itself? Enjoying your excursions. I am glad that you returned.
